The short answer is no, we do occasionally produce items containing gluten in our kitchens. However, Mandy was a misdiagnosed coeliac (yes that’s a very long story!) for many years and so we completely understand what is required in order to restrict cross contamination occurring while preparing our gluten free items. We never ever make items containing gluten at the same time as preparing gluten free items.
In saying all of this, as always, it is up to the individual as to whether you are open to the risks of consuming food not prepared in an entirely gluten free kitchen. Please feel free to reach out if you have specific questions regarding this, we’re very happy to talk it through with you.
