While we use A LOT (like really, A LOT) of organic ingredients, we are not exclusively organic. We do prioritise spray free and locally grown ingredients, however as a small producer we cannot always guarantee where our ingredients will be sourced from, which is why we do not specifically mention organic. 
What you can do is trust us to make the best choice possible at the time.

Please reach out via our contact page and ask whether we can deliver to you. We do regular trips to markets and wholesalers so may be able to tie in extra deliveries on those days.

Yes we do. 
We never use anything that contains gluten, but we do use spices and legumes that sometimes do have a may contain warning. 

In an effort to reduce packaging waste, we limit the amount of ice packs we deliver with. 
At checkout, customers can choose to have their items delivered with or without ice packs. Most of the time we find them unnecessary, as most orders contain several frozen items which keep eachother cold, and typically are not left on doorsteps for too long.
