Chicken Pho

Pho - what's not to love!? I could eat it every day!

A delicious Sommerlad Heritage Chicken heavy broth, laden with toasted spices, charred onions and ginger. Poached and shredded free range chicken and finished with spring onions and fresh coriander. 

Add your own favourite noodles or add a packet of Organic Rice Noodles to your cart before checking out. (Hot tip - cook your noodles seperately to your pho broth or it'll turn cloudy!)

Serving suggestions:

• An extra squeeze of lemon or lime

• Top with bean sprouts and thai basil
