Serving suggestions:

• Stir through your favourite cooked pasta & top with grated pecorino

• Serve over hot polenta or mashed potato

• Gently reduce the liquid down and use as a puff pastry pie filling

• Make the best toasted sandwich of all time

Grass fed lamb, tomato, beetroot, carrot, capsicum, zucchini, celery, onion, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked grape must), olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper.
