Shower Steamers

Shower Steamers - the perfect little boost when you really need it. They're a really quick way to jump into some self care when you're not feeling your best. Simply pop it in the corner of your shower and then slow down and take some deep breaths. The steamer will gently dissolve releasing a little bomb of organic essential oils to open your airways right up.

I've made two different steamers:

Peppermint & Eucalyptus - for those days where your sinuses need some help opening up, when you're struggling with congestion.

Sweet Orange & Patchouli - for when you're needing a bit of a mood boost, these scents are very uplifting.
