Slow cooked lamb & cauliflower curry

This week is a lovely fragrant curry made with beautiful Aryuvedic spices, curry leaves, ginger and black mustard seeds. I’ve slow cooked grass fed lamb and shredded it through this curry that’s loaded with cauliflower and red onion.
