Fennel & Pork Sausage Ragu

Serves 3-4 or 4-6

A roasty, chunky veg ragu, combined with lovely little bites of the cleanest free range pork sausage we could find, silky with tomato and sweetened with delicious fennel seed.

Serving suggestions:

• Pour over pasta and sprinkle with chilli flakes.

• Stir through your favourite white bean and top with romano cheese.

• Serve alongside roast vegetables with a side of Golden Days GF Focaccia.

Ingredients:

Free range pork, fennel seed, white pepper, rice flour, onion, carrot, capsicum, fennel, tomato, tuscan kale, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil.
