It was feeling way overdue for one of my families favourite meals to appear on our menu!
Enter mega meatballs…
Delicious free range pork meatballs, with loads of sneaky zucchini and carrot, in a rich tomato and smoked paprika sauce also with hidden sweet potato!
I will admit I had every intention of having 6 large meatballs in each container….but I made them so big I couldn’t fit them all! So now you have to fight over the five, or have a real lady and the tramp moment?
Cooked in their container to maximise flavour and make reheating as easy as possible - just rip off the stickers and whack it in the oven.
Ingredients:
Free range pork, sweet potato, tomato, zucchini, carrot, egg, almond, tapioca, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, fennel, salt, pepper
