Organic Chicken Bone Broth

Sale Price:$14.40 Original Price:$18.00
sold out

Frozen
1 Litre

Slow cooked for 18-24 hours using a variety of Organic chicken bones to extract as much gelatin, collagen and minerals as possible. Delicious and deeply soothing to help repair the gut, help the immune system recover, and nourish your whole body.

Serving suggestions:

  • In place of your cuppa - try these delicious additions:

    • Freshly grated ginger and toasted sesame seeds

    • Thyme and a good squeeze of lemon

    • Coconut milk, lime and fresh coriander

  • For a quick soupy lunch or snack try:

    • Blending a cup of warm bone broth with a cup of chopped chard or kale, add lemon, salt and pepper

    • Make a simple egg drop soup by bringing your bone broth to a strong simmer, while you crack and beat an egg into a small bowl. Whisk your broth into a whirlpool and slowly pour the egg into it. Leave it to spin until fully cooked through and then add a generous dash of coconut aminos and the greens of a spring onion.

  • Cook your grains in it using the absorption method. Use bone broth in place of stock or water.

  • Add it to the pan when sautéing veg (Particularly good with mushrooms and eggplant as they drink up so much!) Toss through your roasted veg in the final ten mins of cooking.

Ingredients:

Organic chicken, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar.
